I ordered this album in December of 2020 and it was suppose to ship in February 2021. It never did and I received no information as to why until I emailed and asked. They stated th... view moreat it was on backorder and gave me points for future purchases. I will NEVER purchase from their site again. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. It reflects badly on the artist when I could have purchased the album from a retail site instead of here. I want a refund regardless of their policy because that haven’t held up their end of deal. view less
I am a HUGE EXO fan, and I will say of all their album designs this one by far is my favorite! The flip book one was so cool! Whoever thought of it is a genius and has my full res... view morepect lol! Same thing with the jewel case Ver. Just brilliant!!! And the packaging is just lovely! The photo book one I recommend cause it comes with double sided posters inside the album! I believe like 12!! And you don’t even have to pay extra for them! Absolutely love these albums!! view less
I pre-ordered this album December 2020 the website at that time stated the item will ship February 4, 2021 today is now May 25 2021 still no tracking information no updates no noth... view moreing I really try to give companies the benefit of the doubt considering the fact that it’s Covid and things are not the way they used to be which I understand is out of peoples control but this is just ridiculous, I really dislike writing negative reviews, But unfortunately this was my very first purchase with sm and it will be my actual last never again will I do this and I will recommend everyone else to take your business elsewhere, The customer service team is very limited on what they are able to do but they have very poor logistics planning there’s no way a pre-order item should take this long, That defeats the entire purpose of a pre-order view less
